How far in advance should I book?
Reservations are scheduled with at least two hours' notice by default. For same-day or urgent service, text (619) 904-1681 and Sekou will confirm availability directly.
Is my estimate the final price?
The estimate reflects the trip information you provide. Final pricing may change with added wait time, route changes, added stops, parking, tolls, special-event traffic or service modifications.
What vehicle will pick me up?
A premium full-size black SUV, TCP-authorized and commercially insured, driven by Sekou Emory.
How much wait time is included?
Ten minutes of pickup wait time is included. Additional wait time is billed per minute at the posted rate.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. Hourly reservations are available with a three-hour minimum, ideal for events, multi-stop business days and nights out.
Can you meet me inside the airport?
Yes. Add meet-and-greet to your reservation and Sekou will meet you at baggage claim with your flight details on hand.
Are you affiliated with a rideshare company?
No. Via Nigra is an independent private executive car service and is not affiliated with Uber, Uber Black or any rideshare company.
How do I pay?
Reservation requests are reviewed by Via Nigra, then a deposit or full fare is paid securely by card. Card payment is being finalized and is not yet live on this site.
