Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the business — for example payment processing, messaging and email delivery — and only as needed to complete your reservation.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect the safety of passengers and the driver.

Reservation records are kept for business, tax and insurance purposes. Payment card details are never stored by Via Nigra; card processing is handled by a payment provider.

Access to customer records is restricted to Via Nigra.

You may request a copy of your reservation records, ask for corrections, or ask that your information be deleted where retention is not legally required. Reply STOP to any text message to stop reservation text notifications.
