Terms of service

Via Nigra provides prearranged private transportation in a TCP-authorized, commercially insured premium full-size SUV. Service is offered in San Diego County and Orange County and to destinations agreed in advance.

Submitting a request creates a reservation request only. A binding reservation exists once Via Nigra accepts the request and issues a confirmation.

Fares shown on this site are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change because of additional wait time, route changes, added stops, parking, tolls, special-event traffic or service modifications.

Rates, fees and adjustments are set by Via Nigra and may be updated. The rates shown at the time your reservation is confirmed apply to that reservation.

Provide accurate addresses, contact details and flight information; be ready at the scheduled pickup time; and comply with seat belt, capacity and conduct requirements.

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Via Nigra is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though every effort is made to return them.

Cancellation, change and refund handling is described in the Service Policies page, which forms part of these terms.

Via Nigra is not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, acts of third parties or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including missed flights or missed events.

To the extent permitted by law, Via Nigra's liability for any claim relating to a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation.

Via Nigra is an independent private executive car service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operating on behalf of Uber, Uber Black or any rideshare company, and displays no rideshare pricing or branding.
